Body Ready Method® Support with Keira
Personalized movement support to help you prepare for birth, ease pregnancy discomfort, and support a more connected recovery.
Available to Stork & Sprout clients and families in the community.
Physical preparation guided by your actual body.
Pregnancy, birth, and recovery ask a lot of the body. But physical preparation does not have to mean doing more, stretching harder, or following a generic list of exercises.
This one-on-one support with Keira, a Stork & Sprout doula and Certified Body Ready Method® Pro, helps you better understand how your body is moving during pregnancy and what kind of movement, rest, and positioning support may be most helpful.
For Stork & Sprout birth clients, Keira can also share relevant recommendations with your doula team so your support feels more connected.
What is Body Ready Method®?
Body Ready Method® is a movement-based approach to pregnancy, birth, and recovery. It focuses on helping the body work with more balance, mobility, stability, and responsiveness.
Keira uses the Body Ready Method® framework to assess five key areas and create recommendations that are specific to your body, your discomforts, and your goals.
This may be a good fit if you...
- Want to feel more physically prepared for birth
- Are experiencing hip, back, pelvic, rib, or general pregnancy discomfort
- Want more personalized guidance than a general list of stretches
- Want to better understand which labor positions may work well for your body
- Want to support pelvic floor and core function during pregnancy and postpartum
- Want thoughtful movement support for pregnancy, birth, or recovery
Not everyone needs more hip openers or more kegels.
Your body may need mobility in one area, stability in another, or a different way of moving through daily activities. This assessment helps identify what may be most supportive for you.
The goal is not to give you more to do. The goal is to help you work smarter, feel more supported, and prepare in a way that actually fits your body.
Every Body Ready Assessment includes personalized one-on-one support.
Each package begins with an in-person assessment and customized recommendations based on how your body moves.
- A 90-minute in-person Body Ready Method® assessment with Keira
- A personalized list of movements, stretches, exercises, and rest recommendations
- Guidance based on your body, not a one-size-fits-all plan
- Support for common pregnancy aches and pains
- A written summary with recommendations
- One 30-minute Zoom follow-up for questions or adjustments
- Optional recommendations to share with your doula team or care team
Offered by Keira, Stork & Sprout Doula and Certified BRM® Pro
Keira brings a thoughtful, body-aware lens to birth preparation and postpartum recovery. Her work helps clients get curious about how their body is adapting and how small, intentional shifts can support comfort, mobility, labor, and recovery.
Because Keira is also part of the Stork & Sprout team, her recommendations can be especially helpful for birth clients who want their doula team to understand what positions, movements, and patterns may feel supportive during labor.

Why work one-on-one with Keira?
The online Body Ready Method® programs are helpful self-paced resources, but one-on-one support gives you something more personal: an assessment of your body, individualized recommendations, and space to ask questions about what will actually support your pregnancy, birth, and recovery.
Instead of trying to figure out what applies to your body on your own, Keira helps you identify what may be most useful for your movement patterns, discomforts, goals, and stage of pregnancy or postpartum.
With one-on-one support, you receive:
- Personalized assessment
- Customized movement guidance
- Support for your specific discomforts and goals
- Recommendations that can be shared with your doula or care team
- A clearer plan for what to practice next
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a Stork & Sprout birth client?
No. This service is available to Stork & Sprout clients and families in the community. If you are already working with our birth team, Keira can also share relevant recommendations with your doulas.
Do I have to purchase an online program?
No. The Assessment + Movement Plan is available without online program access. If you want more structured self-paced support between sessions, the Birth Prep Package and Complete Support Package include Body Ready Method® online program access.
Is this the same as physical therapy?
No. This is not medical care, diagnosis, or physical therapy. This is movement-based education and birth preparation. If you have pain, injury, pelvic floor symptoms, or medical concerns, we may also recommend connecting with a pelvic floor physical therapist or another appropriate provider.
When should I schedule this?
Many clients find this helpful in the second or third trimester, especially before finalizing birth preferences and practicing labor positions. It can also be helpful postpartum for clients who want more intentional movement support during recovery.
